Jen has always been driven by the growth and transformation of humans, organizations, and nations. Prior to coaching, she spent nearly 10 years creating and leading study abroad programs. Jen directed the rapid growth of an education startup in India and eventually moved to Finland, where she was a coach for entrepreneurially-minded students and the local startup community. While there, she created and led an intensive program that trained students to lead, grow, and internationalize businesses - their own or already established. This experience affirmed her desire to be a coach, and she soon started her own practice so that she could serve leaders, entrepreneurs, and influential people everywhere.
Jen coaches because she believe that you deserve to be the person that you are created to be and live the life that you yearn to live. Life is too short and too precious for anything else. She coaches to create a world where people live, work, and do relationship with power, love, and fearlessness.
