Digital Nomad, Marketer, Investor, Educator

Jeff manages his travel business, Outcast Vagabond, where he provides marketing and consulting services to travel-related brands and individuals. He has been to over 100 countries and aspires to travel to every country and territory in the world. Jeff has worked numerous sales and marketing jobs in different places. He has lived and taught full-time in 3 separate Chinese cities, from 2012 to 2019, and taught online, part-time, from 2020 to 2023, while traveling full-time. Jeff returned to China in 2023 and taught full-time in Wuhan until 2025. Now Jeff lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina and is working with the Argentine tourism authorities and other Argentine travel-related entities to help promote Argentina to the world, while on his 3-year path toward acquiring Argentine-American dual citizenship. Jeff has been a Florida resident since 2012, based out of Miami.

Jeff dubs China his “Land of Opportunity” and Argentina his “Promised Land.” He aims to improve Chinese tourism through travel media from his vast experiences in China, along with first-hand testimonies from other foreigners in China to give the rest of the world a more positive and accurate perspective of China. While in China, Jeff started a bi-lingual social network called, “China Social + Travel Network” with the help of an American professor, and hosted bi-lingual events and get-togethers in multiple Chinese cities. Jeff still manages this network with an ongoing virtual project that consists of vlogs from people who are partial to China, and by sharing notable places and events of interest from around China.

As an avid investor, Jeff helps to coach others on money management and with investment advice and more savvy spending habits. He has 3 college diplomas; including a Bachelor's in Marketing (SIUC), MBA in Marketing (SFASU) and a MALS degree from the University of Miami.

Jeff is a heritage traveler and a culturalist who likes to create travel media content that focuses on peoples’ ancestry, cultural traditions and ethnic identities. He believes that heritage is sacred and that it should be protected and preserved at all costs, and that forcing a person or people to disown their own heritage is sacrilegious. When he travels he visits places of historical significance and likes to immerse himself into local cultures, in efforts to understand why places are the way they are, why people are the way they are and how these places can be better understood by the world. He feels the best way to understand the present in any place, is to first understand its past. He likes to discuss topics such as race, race-relations, gender issues, American politics, Americanophobia, geopolitics, Sino-American relations, Argentine-American relations, global affairs, social issues, controversies, conflict resolution, human rights issues and informational integrity. He has spent the last 15+ years as a White, English-speaking minority in places such as Miami (USA), Mexico, Philippines, China and Argentina, which has given him a very unique perspective on race, culture and his own identity as an American world-traveling digital nomad and expat.

Jeff is currently working on multiple writing projects and videos series that highlight the past 9 years of his travel experiences that include emphases on heritage, history, storytelling, travel guides, travel and business tips, philosophy, investing advice, etc.

Notable travel media projects that Jeff is currently working on are “Heritage: A Travel Campaign,” “Road Trippin’ USA: A Travel Adventure Series” “Road Trippin’ Europe,” “Road Trippin’ Argentina,” “Pictures w/ Stories” and others.

Jeff is currently a Premium Member of the notable travel network, Travel Massive, and plans to host and co-host events for them in Buenos Aires in the future.
