Jayne Baker, CNHP, is a forward-thinking innovator in the holistic health field. As the President & Founder of Momentum Lifestyle Consulting, she has a proven track record of developing and implementing evidence-based solutions whilst navigating the complex challenges surrounding weight loss, gut health, and expanded consciousness. Plagued with digestive issues during her youth which eventually led to being severely overweight, she turned to holistic health in 2006 and lost 80 lbs; a feat she credits to enzymes, pH balance of the body, and exercise. She obtained the designation of CNHP in 2011 from the Trinity School of Natural Health and launched Momentum later that year, eventually going on to work with staff at the Fortune 500 company Jabil and numerous individuals around the world. Advocating tirelessly for those in need of healthier options, she attends the yearly Food as Medicine Summit to assist with policy changes around food/chronic illness, and travels around the country speaking at conferences to educate First Responders on the importance of proper nutrition.

Jayne’s knowledge of enzymes and their roll in the body paired with her desire to help people understand the basics of Quantum Theory for manifestation purposes led to the birth of Momentum’s potent supplement ENS-Zyme, the only product on the market designed to support the Enteric Nervous System (second brain) and ease digestive pains. Jayne knew that by reducing stress to the ENS, the brain would function more clearly, therefore allowing a person to experience greater serotonin production which in turn makes manifestation more viable upon learning how.

Jayne enjoys an active, adventurous lifestyle, having lived in England twice and spent extensive time in the Blue Zone of Costa Rica. Her genuine passion for illuminating the lives of those she meets can be seen via her charitable work with the homeless community, something she started in 2020 that has grown exponentially.
