Jannelle Jemmott is an entrepreneur, agency owner, speaker, and founder of the Own Your Life movement. Her work focuses on helping women build wealth, create ownership, and develop the confidence to lead extraordinary lives.

Growing up between the United States and Trinidad & Tobago, Jannelle witnessed two very different worlds. One side of her family represented opportunity and ambition, while the other experienced significant poverty and hardship. Those experiences shaped her belief that financial education, personal responsibility, and entrepreneurship can transform the trajectory of entire generations.

Her journey was further shaped by surviving three separate near-death experiences, including a devastating gas explosion that resulted in severe burns and years of recovery. These life-altering events forced her to reevaluate her purpose and ultimately inspired the philosophy that would become Own Your Life: taking responsibility for the life you have been given and building a future that outlives you.

After successful careers in healthcare, project management, and business leadership, Jannelle entered the financial services industry, where she discovered a passion for helping families create financial security and long-term wealth. Today, she leads teams, develops entrepreneurs, and educates individuals on wealth-building strategies, business ownership, leadership, and legacy planning.

As a wife, mother of three, entrepreneur, and mentor, Jannelle understands the unique challenges ambitious women face while balancing family, career, and personal growth. Her mission is to help women break through limitations, build sustainable success, and create opportunities that impact future generations.
