I am an Accredited Purpose Coach committed to helping individuals discover their true purpose and unlock their full potential. As the founder of Purposeful Peak Performance Coaching alongside my wife, we empower clients to break through limitations, gain clarity, and take meaningful action toward living a fulfilling life.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and personal development, I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and transformative coaching methodologies to create lasting mindset shifts. My coaching focuses on self-awareness, confidence, and purpose-driven action, helping individuals step into their highest potential.

Throughout my career, I have worked with professionals, business leaders, and young people, delivering impactful coaching and training sessions that enhance performance, resilience, and well-being. I have also supported senior teams in aligning their personal and professional purpose to drive success in their organisations.

Beyond coaching, I am deeply passionate about social impact. As a founding trustee of I Am Somebody’s Child Soldier (IAMSCS), I have helped raise over £600,000 for charitable projects, supporting rescued former. child soldiers in the North of Uganda. My mission is to inspire individuals to live with purpose, take ownership of their growth, and create meaningful change in their lives and the world around them.
