James Ogle

Entrepreneur, Enterprise Consultant & Life Coach

James Ogle is an entrepreneur and business strategist whose work spans real estate, energy, global trade, and the digital economy. He began investing in New York City real estate in the early 1980s and has spent more than four decades identifying growth opportunities, building financial relationships, and helping business leaders move complex ideas toward execution.
 
Ogle holds a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Investment Finance from New York University. His formal training complements decades of practical experience evaluating investments, structuring opportunities, and working with capital providers and development partners.
 
In 2006, Ogle founded Intellectual Dynamics Corporation, which operates under the names IDC Companies and IDC Global. Through IDC, he advises clients and partners on business development and challenges that call for a fresh perspective. His approach draws on experience across sectors and a talent for recognizing connections and opportunities others may overlook.
 
Ogle’s leadership philosophy begins with respect for time and choice. He encourages the entrepreneurs he mentors to consider the opportunity cost of each commitment and to protect what he calls the “three Ts”: thought, time, and talent. For him, those resources are most valuable when invested in people and ideas with the potential to make a lasting difference.
 
That philosophy now shapes his work as founder of National Speakers League Inc. In 2026, Ogle is relaunching the new-media company as the steward of Social Compact USA®, an ecosystem of civic initiatives designed to expand public participation and give more Americans a platform to be heard. Its programs include the State of the American Address® national speech contest and the Virtual President USA® platform.
 
Looking beyond America’s 250th anniversary, Ogle’s ambition is to build civic tools and experiences that encourage people to engage with the Founding principles that connect them – and to help carry that conversation into the next 250 years.
