Igor Kiselev

Global Supply Chain and Logistics Leader

Igor Kiselev is an accomplished logistics and operations strategist recognized for developing Amazon’s groundbreaking last-mile optimization methodology — a system that redefined how one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies plans and executes deliveries. His data-driven approach to routing and zone planning increased courier efficiency by over 300 percentage points and reduced inefficient delivery routes by 70%, saving millions of dollars annually.

With over a decade of experience in supply chain management across the oil and gas, manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce sectors, Igor has built a reputation for designing and implementing scalable, analytics-based solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, streamline operations, and drive sustainable growth. At Amazon, he leads complex global logistics programs spanning the U.S., Canada, Japan, Mexico, and the U.K., ensuring continuous improvement and innovation across multiple business lines.

Before joining Amazon, Igor led multiple cross-functional operational projects at Vaillant Group, a major European manufacturer of heating solutions. There, he developed a cross-border logistics model between Russia and Kazakhstan that reduced customs processing time, cut transportation costs, and significantly improved delivery speed. His initiative to build a customer loyalty and analytics system for professional installers that helped the company build a more efficient supply chain network across numerous regions and gain trust of its customers became a benchmark for B2B engagement and was later replicated by competitors.

Igor’s expertise bridges operational efficiency and human experience, ensuring smarter, more sustainable systems for both customers and couriers. He has authored several peer-reviewed articles on logistics, business intelligence, and sustainable operations, and holds master’s degrees in Business Administration, Business Analytics, and Commercial Law. A recipient of the Terry Excellence Fund Scholarship and Full-Tuition Graduate Assistantship from the University of Georgia, Igor is also a dedicated mentor and educator, sharing his knowledge to shape the future of intelligent, customer-centric logistics.
