Hikmat Adamu is a Quality Assurance Consultant and the founder of HiQMA Consultancy, where she supports SMEs and growing organisations to simplify quality, reduce risk, and build clarity into their decision-making. She began her career in March 2012 and brings over 13 years of experience across pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences, and IFM transitions, working within complex and highly regulated environments.

Throughout her career, Hikmat has held roles including Team Lead, Quality Manager, and Operations Manager. This experience has shaped her practical, people-centred approach to quality, one that recognises real-world constraints while still delivering structure, consistency, and confidence for leadership teams. Rather than treating quality as a compliance exercise, she focuses on helping organisations use it as a tool for stability, improvement, and sustainable growth.
Hikmat is the creator of Quality QuickStart, her signature offer designed to help SMEs gain clarity and momentum quickly. The programme supports leaders to reduce risk, strengthen decision-making, and address issues before they escalate, without overwhelming teams or overcomplicating systems.
