Born in Somalia and raised in Sweden from the age of 13, Guled’s life has been shaped by navigating between cultures. This dual lens gave him a unique sensitivity to what’s said and unsaid, seen and unseen. His early shyness became a gateway into deep listening—an ability he now uses to help leaders and teams unlock their most human, creative, and courageous selves.

Guled’s facilitation style stands out. He believes that real transformation doesn’t begin with structure—it begins with trust.
