Throughout his career, Greg has worked across leadership, product, operations, transformation, and strategy-to-execution roles, helping businesses improve alignment, coordination, decision-making, execution, and organisational effectiveness as complexity increases. His work ranges from scaling technology startups and product businesses to supporting large enterprise transformation and operating model programs inside global organisations.
