Drawn to the roots of the practice, Elise pursued training in traditional yoga, choosing her schools and teachers with great care in Nepal and India to ensure authenticity and depth. She remains committed to continuous learning, honoring lineages that preserve the essence of each discipline. Believing that healing occurs through multiple pathways, she expanded her expertise to include energy work and sound healing, allowing her to support individuals on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
