Elena Howarth has built a twenty-year executive career in private banking and wealth management, increasingly turning her focus to the cognitive and emotional drivers behind financial decisions. She turned curiosity into expertise, earning academic qualifications in Brain Health and an MSc in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London.

Today, Elena advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families at a leading Geneva-based private bank. Her work has been recognised by Citywire Switzerland with the Best Female Private Banker 2025 award.
 
Separately from her banking role, Elena is the founder of Creative Brain Academy. She brings together finance, neuroscience, and creativity through her framework of Life Portfolios: aligning financial well-being, preventive brain health, emotional resilience, and purpose across generations. It is an approach shaped by clinical research as well as creative practices, such as music, art and movement, which are central to both her professional and personal life. Elena argues that in an age of AI, human cognition and creativity are among the economic assets that matter most.

Elena advances brain health awareness and prevention through speaking, immersive events and workshops across Switzerland, the UK, Saudi Arabia, and China. She collaborates with the University of Bern and co-founded the Geneva Longevity Summit.
