Eldon Hernandez is an executive wellbeing coach and wellness entrepreneur based in Miami, Florida, and the founder of Aire Azul Ventures. He works with director-level and C-suite professionals caught in what he calls the Success Trap: commanding the boardroom while losing the battle at home.
 
He came to the work the long way. Born and raised in New York, he earned a degree in Multimedia and Graphic Design in 2005 and moved to Chicago, where a career in web development took off. New city, new title, more money, his own place, and the same pattern followed him. That move became his own proof that the success-sacrifice cycle is not a strategy problem. It is a systems problem.
 
Los Angeles came in 2009. In 2018, he founded Fired Up Athletics, a fitness center where he watched accomplished professionals train their bodies with total discipline while their lives quietly came apart. A period of family cancer, death, and upheaval brought him to Miami in 2019 and to coaching full-time.
 
Wellness is a family inheritance. His mother was a pioneering health food store owner, and his twin brother is a practicing psychotherapist. Eldon is a P90X-certified and group fitness-certified instructor, giving him standing in physical performance that is earned rather than borrowed.
 
His framework, The Command Protocol, moves clients through three phases: Command, Calibrate, Conquer. It is delivered in COMMAND & CONQUER, a 90-day program of twelve private one-on-one sessions that works on professional strategy, physical vitality, and mental clarity in parallel rather than in sequence, because high achievers will optimize themselves to exhaustion if you hand them mindset work alone.
