Dr. Whitney, a certified Neuroscience Coach with a PhD in Holistic Nutritional Medicine, has over 30 years of experience, transitioning from a successful corporate career to focus on her true passion: the brain. After earning a Master’s in Psychology, she became dedicated to helping individuals overcome the feeling of being “stuck” by combining cognitive behavior techniques with the power of nutrition.

Her research has uncovered how the food industry has misled us, perpetuating unhealthy habits that harm both our bodies and brains. As a certified Neuroscience Coach, Dr. Whitney specializes in reconstructing neurotransmitters and applying Cognitive Therapy to help clients reprogram their minds for positive outcomes, fostering mental well-being and personal transformation.

Dr. Whitney’s own journey of “rewiring” her brain to focus on optimism serves as inspiration. She empowers her clients to adopt a positive mindset, unlock their potential, and break free from negative patterns. Additionally, she helps clients master their inner energy and communicate through the unspoken language of magnetism to create lasting change in their lives.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Whitney enjoys sports, singing, dancing, and spending time with her dog, Deogi. She is also dedicated to supporting her father in caring for her stepmother, who has Parkinson’s disease.
