Denzil T. He is the Founder and CEO of Linkmount Global Network (LGN), a mission-driven platform dedicated to building strategic bridges between governments, the private sector, and international institutions through innovation, diplomacy, and sustainable development.

Rooted in commercial diplomacy, SIIF is a pioneering model designed to align embassies, multilateral agencies, and governments with private capital to co-invest in scalable solutions across energy, education, healthcare, agriculture, and technology. Zimbabwe serves as the launchpad, but SIIF is strategically built for replication across Africa, Asia, and underserved global regions seeking climate-smart growth and inclusive transformation.

As the Founder of The Power Circle TV, Denzil leads a global media platform that merges storytelling with diplomacy. Through flagship shows—The Executive Brief, The Yenzero Show, and Top Projects—he showcases leading voices in entrepreneurship, innovation, and governance. The platform functions as a soft-power tool of commercial diplomacy, inviting high-level engagement from ambassadors, institutions, and business leaders.
