For more than 40 years, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and organizations achieve personal, professional, and financial success. As the founder of Career Performance Institute (CPI), I have developed coaching, training, and educational programs focused on career development, entrepreneurship, leadership, business growth, personal development, and economic empowerment.

My work spans career coaching, business consulting, public speaking, podcasting, curriculum development, and disability advocacy. I have designed comprehensive educational programs, online courses, workshops, and business systems that equip entrepreneurs, professionals, speakers, podcasters, and small business owners with practical strategies to build sustainable businesses, strengthen their brands, and increase their visibility and revenue.

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience living with cerebral palsy, I have become a passionate advocate for disability inclusion, entrepreneurship, and economic independence. My mission is to help people with disabilities move beyond barriers by creating opportunities for self-employment, leadership, and financial empowerment. This vision led to the development of the Disability Entrepreneurship & Economic Empowerment Initiative, which promotes inclusive entrepreneurship through education, strategic partnerships, and corporate collaboration.

Throughout my career, I have authored educational resources, developed coaching frameworks, created business and marketing systems, and launched podcasts focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, resilience, mindset, and personal growth. I continue to work with entrepreneurs, nonprofits, corporations, and community organizations to create innovative programs that expand access to opportunity and foster lasting success.

My passion is empowering people to recognize their potential, overcome obstacles, and build businesses and lives that create lasting impact.
