Dave Stubberfield is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Carter Consultancy, an award-winning business improvement consultancy that helps organisations become more profitable by creating happier people and delighted customers. With more than 15 years’ experience, Dave specialises in Customer Experience, Continuous Improvement, Change Management and cultural transformation, helping organisations turn strategy into measurable results.
 
A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and recognised thought leader, Dave has worked with organisations ranging from ambitious SMEs to global brands including BT Group, Currys, Enghouse Interactive, and Openreach. His practical, people-first approach has delivered millions of pounds in cost savings and avoidance, improved customer satisfaction, increased employee engagement, redcued customer churn and helped organisations embed sustainable change that lasts long after projects have finished.
 
Dave is the co-author of Supercharging the Customer Experience and the creator of the accredited CX in ConteXt programme, equipping leaders with practical tools to improve experiences for both customers and employees. His philosophy is simple: lasting transformation happens when organisations align their people, processes and purpose, rather than treating improvement as a standalone initiative.
 
Alongside leading Carter Consultancy, Dave is the UK Chapter President for XMGlobal Collaborative, a regular judge for leading awards programmes and a regular keynote speaker, podcast host and contributor on topics including business transformation, leadership, customer experience and organisational culture. He is passionate about making improvement accessible for organisations of every size, helping leaders replace complexity with clarity and giving teams the confidence to continuously improve.
