Connie Eaton is the Founder and CEO of Rooted In Sunshine, an organic-based landscape design and plant services company dedicated to creating sustainable, wellness-centered environments. Connie graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Psychology. Connie developed a deep understanding of the connection between mental health, physical well-being, and the environments we inhabit.

Her passion for this natural environmental connection led her into organic landscaping and green space design, where she creates vegetable gardens and pollinator habitats that promote both personal wellness and environmental stewardship. Connie believes gardening is more than design, it’s a therapeutic practice that nurtures mindfulness, supports ecosystems, and transforms spaces into places of restoration and purpose.
