Co-Founders, Downloads: Thought Rewired™

Collin Maronese and Hugo Nicastro are the co-founders of Downloads: Thought Rewired™, a real-time mental conditioning platform built for men who want to perform, grow and show up with greater control over how they bring themselves into the moments that matter.

Collin’s background spans competitive sport, coaching, business and entrepreneurship. As a national-level boxer and performance coach, he became interested in the gap between knowing what to do and being able to access it when pressure, doubt, distraction or emotion enters the picture. Boxing made that gap especially clear: preparation matters, but so does the state you bring with you when the bell rings.

Hugo approaches the same problem from the product and technology side. As a product designer, developer and creative technologist, his work focuses on turning complex ideas into digital experiences that feel simple and intuitive. With Downloads, that means helping someone recognize where they are, identify what they need and access the right mental conditioning for the moment ahead.

Together, Collin and Hugo are exploring what they call real-time mental conditioning: bringing mental preparation closer to the moments in which it is actually needed. Their work explores performance under pressure, focus, confidence, energy, stress and the transitions between different parts of life.
