Clare Muncey Founder of I am the Storm Yoga has had her life shaped by the challenge of becoming childless not by choice, the catalyst for her spirtual journey. Clare speaks from the scar and not the wound, as she guides others to transform their pain into power and dissolve self limiting beliefs, empwein others to believe they are enough and to reconnect with their inner strength, wisdom, creativity and intuition. clare's group in a community interest company, she follows a karma path of selfless service and proceeds from classes go to Arundawn dog rescue charity, Animal shelter Agonda, The pandora project who support women and children survivors of domestic The group works across a number of local charities providing yoga to special needs adults and community groups. Clare's studio is based in a historic working watermill that was visited by a young king of England as a child, the flour made at the mill used to be sold to the Royal Sandringham Estate. The energy at the mill is palpable, as is the connection in the community that is thriving there. Clare's mantra, i am enough with a side portion of be too much reminds all who enter the mill to embrace their wholeness, walk their own path and step back into their own unique magic, trusting their intuition.
