With a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, a Medical Billing & Coding certification, and over 8 years of experience working within fast-paced healthcare environments, she has built a strong foundation in healthcare operations.
 
She has worked with mental health & substance abuse facilities, radiology centers, naturopathic physicians, med spas, and weight loss clinics - ranging from solo practitioners to multi-provider practices.
 
After transitioning into virtual support, Chelsea quickly grew her own business, building a full client roster within six months. Through her work, she helps streamline operations, implement efficient systems, and create structure behind the scenes so businesses can look as good on the inside as they do on the outside.
 
In addition to 1:1 support, she has created an online academy that teaches women in healthcare how to start and scale their own online virtual assistant businesses.
