Carla Madeleine Kupe

Executive Leadership Advisor

Carla Madeleine is an attorney, executive leader, and advisor who works at the intersection of leadership, power, and inner transformation. She has spent her career inside complex systems – law, government, and organizational leadership – supporting leaders and institutions through moments of transition, accountability, and change.

As a trusted counselor to leaders, Carla specializes in helping individuals recognize and integrate unexamined inner patterns – also referred to as “shadows” – that become amplified by authority. She believes many leadership gaps are not rooted in incompetence, but in unconscious or unexamined strategies formed earlier in life that impact decision-making, relationships, and the use of power.

Carla brings a rare blend of legal rigor, executive experience, and perception to her work. Her writing explores leadership, shadow integration, responsibility, and what it takes to lead with honesty, clarity, and integrity, especially during periods of uncertainty and transition.

Through her advisory work, writing, and teaching, she supports leaders in transforming power from something reactive or unexamined into a force for coherence, trust, and long-term impact.
