Carla Hawkins, MBA, is the Founder & CEO of The YOU Network, LLC, a leadership, professional development, career development, and workforce solutions company focused on growing people and strengthening organizations. With more than 20 years of experience across workforce development, education, leadership, organizational development, and community engagement, Carla has built her career helping people recognize their potential and turn it into meaningful action.
 
Her professional journey has included leadership and workforce roles across education, business, nonprofit, healthcare, and community-based organizations. Today, she partners with professionals, businesses, educational institutions, municipalities, nonprofits, and community organizations through leadership development, career and executive coaching, team building, customized training, workforce development, and organizational consulting.
 
Carla is also the creator of The YOU Method™, her signature framework built around three principles: Your Foundation, Own Your Value, and Unlock What’s Next. The framework reflects her belief that sustainable professional and organizational growth begins with developing the individual.
