Cameron Da Silva

Founder of Hermetic Calisthenics

Cameron Da Silva is a teacher, writer, engineer, and visionary whose work bridges science, philosophy, and esoteric spiritualism. He is the creator of Hermetic Calisthenics, a method that unites the discipline of physical training with timeless Hermetic principles, ritual, mantra, invocation, and Applied Presence.

Cameron graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 1st class honours in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, during this time gaining experience in government defence and cybersecurity projects. It was there that he first encountered the 'practical understanding' of frequency spectrum. A discovery that sparked his lifelong fascination with the hidden structures of reality. This vision of a different set of laws of reality, energy, and matter left an imprint that eventually evolved into the foundations of what became Hermetic Calisthenics. An esoteric and mystical philosophy, grounded in a military-monk style regiment.

Cameron's professional career following University was within the UK Nuclear Industry. Rising to the lead Electrical, Control, and Instrumentation Engineer on high-profile nuclear and petrochemical projects by the age of 30. Leading teams to deliver complex nuclear safety-related facilities, managing multimillion-pound projects, this earned him a reputation for precision, problem-solving, and a specialist knowledge of safety-critical systems and environments. His career provided grounded skills in logic, communication, engineering, and systems engineering. These would later be used to develop the tools and structures to reimagine what growth means as a discipline of transmutation, inner work, and rigorous Self-Practice.

In 2016, Cameron was diagnosed with Crohn's disease, and throughout his young life, he has experienced a history of mental health issues (anxiety and depression), which fluctuated rhythmically in and out of his life. These personal battles forced Cameron to pursue alternative medicines, during which hospital treatment proved ineffective. Cameron invested himself in Self-Mastery through trials and experimentation, which deepened his resilience and slowly created a new man. This was when, in the beginning of 2025, he experienced a series of profound spiritual awakenings. With this newfound sense of Self, Cameron was able to define his experience through hermetic Calisthenics and transform deep emotional wounds into living and embodied wisdom.

Cameron's passions are rooted in his working-class upbringing, supporting others with similar backgrounds. Offering tools which he once 'needed himself'. This passion has become a lifelong mission to share this knowledge with other passionate soul-driven individuals. Through his published writings and creative projects, Cameron shares a philosophy that is both visionary and practical. The core belief of this being is that Mastery is not perfection, but consistent presence and embodiment.
