Caitlin Sirett is the founder of Evoke & Lead Coaching Ltd, a Leadership and Self-Trust Coach and Chartered Manager who helps women build the internal foundations to trust themselves, pursue their ambitions and create a life that matters to them.

With over a decade in healthcare, Caitlin progressed from frontline clinical practice into senior leadership, supporting women and leading teams in high-pressure environments.

Alongside her career came motherhood, personal ambition and the reality of progressive sight loss. Caitlin has refused to let it define the life she can lead. By developing strong self-leadership and self-trust, she continues to progress in her career, pursue her ambitions and grow her business alongside motherhood. It’s this experience that drives Caitlin to support other women who feel their circumstances are defining what is possible, helping them challenge the beliefs holding them back and recognise what they are still capable of.

Her approach combines lived experience with formal leadership and management qualifications, ICF-accredited and trauma-informed coach training, and further study in somatic coaching and feminine leadership.

Caitlin understands that goals don’t exist in isolation. They sit within family responsibilities, limited time and the systems of everyday life. Combining her knowledge of mindset and the relationship between language, thoughts and behaviour with a passion for understanding the systems our goals sit within, she helps women turn what they already know into practical steps that work in real life.

Caitlin believes women don’t always need another perfectly curated strategy; they need the self-trust to use the plan they already have.
