Bridgit A. Norris

Strategic Growth Partner

Bridgit Norris is a Strategic Growth Partner who works with women who own law firms — to uncover the real constraints capping their revenue, take-home pay, time, and energy. She isn't a consultant who hands over a report and steps back; she's a partner who gets in the weeds with you until the numbers actually move.

Her core belief is simple: most stuck businesses don't have a strategy problem. They have a thing-the-founder-doesn't-want-to-do problem, an unaddressed underperformer, an offer that quietly stopped working, or a number nobody looks at because everyone already knows what it says. Bridgit's work is finding that thing, naming it out loud (often for the first time), and building the path through it.

Over 20 years of building a multi-8-figure business, operating and advising companies across construction, professional services, and law firms, she has developed a diagnostic method that scores a founder's top gaps, identifies the one to fix first, and ties it directly to money or hours, usually both. Today, that work centers heavily on women who own law firms earning $300,000 to $1.5 million a year — helping them recover money they've already earned and build a reliable, guaranteed owner's paycheck. Her clients range from solos, to founders to CEO's, eight-figure operators and everyone in between. Her sessions follow a signature pattern: founders come in convinced they need more leads, and nine out of ten leave looking at something else entirely.

Bridgit is equally known for what she refuses to do: no cookie-cutter frameworks, no "just spend more" advice, no AI-generated follow-ups with a name pasted at the top. Her approach is human-first and numbers-honest. She believes real profit includes the kind that never shows up on a P&L, and that the best leaders are hard on the work and generous with what it produces.

She writes about founder avoidance, wartime leadership, visibility, the taboo topic of women, especially women lawyers who grow their firms while paying themselves little or nothing, and the uncomfortable calls that separate businesses that grow from businesses that stay busy. She lives in Colorado with her husband and three fur-babies.
