Barbara Appel is an ICM Master Coach, Human Design Certified Specialist and Intuitive Somatic Life Coach dedicated to one thing above all else — helping people feel like their life is theirs again.

With over three years of coaching experience, Barbara's gift was recognized long before she had a credential to her name. A high school teacher once wrote her father a letter describing how Barbara inspired a shy, reluctant student to give his very best when no one else could reach him. That student went on to become a successful, confident professional. That letter found its way back to Barbara years later — during one of the biggest transitions of her own life — and reminded her of what had always been natural to her.

Barbara's coaching methodology is unlike anything you have experienced before. She creates a safe, embodied experience that guides clients to look within. As an intuitive, she brings a rare gift to every session — the ability to sense exactly what you need in the moment and ask exactly the right question at exactly the right time. She also asks permission before offering insight, allowing the subconscious to receive it with greater ease. The result is those synchronistic clicks of clarity where everything suddenly makes sense and you begin to see your own path.

Her work blends somatic movement, breathwork, the transformative power of gratitude, nervous system regulation, Human Design and manifestation — working across all five levels simultaneously: somatic, emotional, mindset, behavioral and unconscious. Transformation isn't just felt in the mind but integrated into the body and soul.

Barbara has witnessed profound transformations in her clients — including a stay at home mother blindsided by unexpected divorce who rediscovered herself, her passions and her path and navigated one of life's hardest crossroads with grace and strength.
