Arlene considers herself to be a 'Jack of all trades' who has had an eclectic variation of jobs, including nursery school teacher for 20 years, freelance writer and ghostwriter, event planner, bar worker and in the last 10 years, working with the elderly and those living with dementia.
 
Her past experiences have given her a very grounded, understanding approach with people, with many referring to her as nurturing, compassionate and patient. One lady affectionately referred to her as everyone's 'Mary Poppins' which made her chuckle,
 
This nurturing way of connecting with people could also be because of Arlene's deep love and spiritual connection to Mother Mary. Someone she has looked up to since as early as she can recall, with Mother Mary now being one of Arlene's main guides in all her channelling and healing work with others.
 
What is lovely, is that Arlene had made a successful career out of healing people and helping them to better themselves from the inside out, but she also absolutely loves what she does too, she feels it's her true Divine purpose and feels grateful for the opportunities that have been given to her by God.
 
The one thing that Arlene leans on herself, especially as she is required to assist people heal from some traumatic experience, is her faith. Her love of God, Jesus and her Divine calling is of the utmost importance to her, another factor she uses in her healing practices with others. Using her faith as a powerful tool to bring real change to people's lives.
 
When you talk to Arlene, she has the Scottish humour and she's happy to just be her true authentic self, which in turn makes you feel comfortable connecting with her. People often feel 'familiar' with her, despite meeting for the first time. This is why she's proud to have returning clients for the last 3 years, loyal to her channel and who have also become good friends to her out with her spiritual work for them.
