Annie Paraison is a visionary Cultural Architect and the founder of Love Before ALL LLC (LBA), a consultancy that activates relationship power to optimize personal, organizational, and community wellness. With over 17 years of experience spanning the nonprofit and education sectors, Annie has dedicated her career to proving that love is not a soft skill; it is a rigorous strategy for sustainable success and collective freedom.

A Journey Guided by Purpose A proud Haitian-born leader, Annie’s professional journey was ignited by her transition from New York City to Vanderbilt University. This experience sparked a lifelong passion for helping others harness their inherent power to build "Beloved Community." She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Health, and Society from Vanderbilt University, a Master’s in Early Childhood Public Policy and Advocacy from Walden University, and an Executive MBA from Quantic University. This multidisciplinary education allows her to bridge the gap between human behavior, public policy, and business strategy.

From the Classroom to the Executive Suite Annie’s expertise is grounded in high-level leadership. She has served as a teacher, coach, and Executive Director, roles that deepened her understanding of the "allostatic load" that chronic stress and toxic work cultures place on leaders. By integrating neuroscience with leadership development, Annie helps organizations move away from relentless production and toward a "human-first" standard.
