Anne Rigaud-Walker is an Executive Coach and Strategic Transformation Practitioner who works with senior leaders, leadership teams and high-performing individuals navigating complex personal and professional transformation.

Before becoming a coach, Anne spent many years in demanding corporate environments, including within the American performance culture of Yahoo. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face: ambitious targets, accelerated decision-making, constant expectations and the challenge of sustaining performance over time.

Her work now sits at the intersection of executive coaching, psychology, neuroscience-informed approaches and deep transformational practices. Rather than relying on a single methodology, Anne draws from a wide range of disciplines to identify the patterns, blind spots and internal mechanisms that continue to influence behaviour — often long after a person has understood the issue intellectually.

She is particularly known for working with leaders who have already undertaken significant development work but still encounter recurring patterns, internal barriers or limitations that remain difficult to shift.

Her corporate approach is deeply systemic. Anne may work simultaneously with a leader, individual members of a leadership team and the team as a whole, allowing transformation to take place not only at an individual level but across the wider human system of the organisation.
