Amanda Michelle Crisel

PharmD, Certified Wellness Practitioner, and Perimenopause Educator

Amanda M. Crisel is a PharmD, Certified Wellness Practitioner, and perimenopause educator dedicated to addressing the gap between women and the evidence-based care they need to optimize health and wellbeing during and beyond perimenopause. With a doctorate in pharmacy from Purdue University, a clinical practice residency at Johns Hopkins, and nearly two decades in biopharmaceuticals, she's focused on the imbalance between what the research says and the care women can actually access. Her work is informed by clinical training, a focus on holistic health, and her own experience navigating Premature Ovarian Insufficiency at age 39; a combination that allows her to meet women where they are and provide the science-backed support they need.

Amanda founded Amanda Michelle Wellness in 2022 and created PeriNavigatHer™, an evidence-based perimenopause resource platform in beta testing, designed to help women prepare for and navigate conversations with their healthcare providers. Her programs and resources span clinical education, lifestyle and holistic wellness, and care navigation and are grounded in peer-reviewed research and the guidelines of leading institutions, including The Menopause Society, ACOG, and the Endocrine Society.

She co-created the PeriMenopause Small Group Medical Program, a small-group clinical model designed to make personalized perimenopause care more accessible and affordable.

Amanda believes that no woman should have to navigate perimenopause alone, all women should have access to quality care, and that the right support will improve the health trajectory and well-being of women with a ripple effect on clinical, social, and economic outcomes for generations to come.
