Alyson Haines is a Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Reiki Practitioner and the Host of the 'But, What if You Did?®' Podcast. Alyson brings together intuitive life coaching, breathwork & reiki to curate somatic experiences for the spiritually curious and spiritually skeptical communities. She is on a mission to empower individuals to leave the self-imposed expectations that we must make ourselves palatable in order to find success behind so that we can rediscover our truest essence, begin to live the life we so deeply desire and to ultimately come home to ourselves!
 
Prior to founding Alyson Haines Wellness LLC, Alyson spent more than a decade in the entertainment industry bringing to life world-class entertainment offerings for the central Florida theme parks. She moved into a career in the fintech industry where she found a passion for and advocated for stronger leadership development practices, improved workplace culture, and representation in the tech space. Outside of work you will mostly find Alyson spending time with her husband and cats, reading, practicing yoga & breathwork, hiking, and spending time with family!
