Alynne Davis is an Expressive Arts Psychotherapist, Coach, and Consultant recognized for her integrative approach to eating disorders, body image, trauma, and women’s mental wellness. With a background in clinical mental health counseling and advanced certifications in nutrition, MARI, CBT-E, IFS-informed care, and trauma-informed yoga, she blends creative modalities, somatic awareness, and evidence-based methods to support sustainable healing and emotional resilience.
 
A respected voice in expressive arts and women’s mental health, Alynne guides women in moving beyond shame, overwhelm, and self-doubt by reconnecting with their inner strength and identity. Her work helps clients reshape their relationship with food, body, and self through a compassionate, mind–body–spirit framework.
 
Alongside her clinical work, Alynne provides coaching, consulting, workshops, and professional trainings for individuals and organizations seeking to deepen their understanding of expressive arts therapy and trauma-informed practices. She is dedicated to expanding awareness around integrative healing and the unique mental health needs of women across life stages.
 
As a writer and speaker, Alynne is committed to elevating conversations surrounding recovery, confidence, and creative healing.
