Adina Loliceru is a health coach who supports busy professionals in moving from survival mode into intentional, balanced, and energised living. Her work is rooted in a strong understanding of human behaviour, developed through years of experience in high-pressure professional environments.
Adina’s background is in the investigative field. She began her career as a private investigator, where she developed advanced observational skills, behavioural analysis, and the ability to identify underlying patterns that influence decision-making and change. She later earned a degree in Forensic Psychology and worked as a prison officer, further deepening her insight into stress, resilience, and the long-term impact of living in constant high alert.
Becoming a mother prompted a significant shift in her priorities. The demanding nature of her work offered little space for balance, and prolonged stress began to affect her health and wellbeing. This experience led her to reassess her environment, habits, and lifestyle, and ultimately inspired her transition into health coaching.
Health has always been a core value for Adina. She believes that wellbeing is the foundation for performance, fulfilment, and quality of life. Her coaching philosophy is centred on the idea that healthy living does not need to be complicated or extreme. Small, intentional changes, applied consistently, can create powerful and sustainable results.
Today, Adina helps professionals reconnect with their energy, regain mental clarity, and rediscover enjoyment in everyday life. She combines psychological insight with practical health strategies, offering guidance, accountability, and consistent support. Her mission is to help people move beyond survival mode, wake up with vitality, and build a life that feels meaningful, enjoyable, and aligned with what truly matters.
