Adelynn Lim works at the intersection of clarity, identity, and leadership. Life offers subtle signals far earlier than most people realize, and responding to those signals with small, deliberate changes can shift a person’s trajectory far more gently than waiting for upheaval to do it for them.
 
As a transformational leadership coach, clarity strategist, and RTT Clinical Hypnotherapist & Practitioner, Adelynn brings structure and insight to moments when people sense they have outgrown old roles, expectations, or definitions of success. She is the founder of IridescentZeal and creator of the Unlock Your Authentic Self (UYAS) framework, a process that blends strategic clarity with deep inner work. Through UYAS, she helps individuals reconnect with their values, strengthen self‑trust, and make decisions that reflect who they are becoming rather than who they were conditioned to be.
 
Before building her practice, Adelynn spent more than 15 years in international roles across business, data, and IT. She led global teams and transformation initiatives, giving her a grounded understanding of the pressure, complexity, and competing demands faced by high‑achieving professionals.
 
Her own turning point came when divorce and single parenthood reshaped her understanding of identity, resilience, and success. Rebuilding her life as an expat in the Netherlands prompted a deeper examination of authenticity and intentional leadership, insights that now shape her work with clients worldwide.
 
A certified conscious parenting coach and trained yoga and meditation practitioner, Adelynn integrates practical frameworks with self‑awareness to support meaningful, sustainable change. She helps people integrate who they are, what they value, and the insights of their lived experience so they can move forward with clarity and lead their lives with greater intention and purpose.
