Adeline basically wrote her own rulebook. No traditional degree, no mentors, and a ton of skepticism, but she still forged a path in the competitive worlds of music and media. It's a testament to resilience, smart risks, and a rock-solid belief in what she could achieve.

Adeline's passion lies in culture and entertainment and it’s power to shape society. Her diverse background has been an invaluable asset, not only in offering unique perspectives but also in connecting with and adapting to different cultures, always seeking to amplify their best elements while remaining authentic to her vision and translate this in the events she produces.

This drive led Adeline to start AD MGMT two years back. Her whole aim was to build the very opportunities that weren't given to her. She's got an eye for bringing music together with all sorts of other art forms, and ultimately, she wants to open up music to everyone through thoughtful, carefully put-together events and experiences, using her solid background in corporate leadership and event organisation.
