With a career dedicated to transforming educational systems, he has worked at local government and national levels to develop strategies that enhance school leadership, reduce exclusions, and improve attendance. His expertise lies in equipping senior education professionals with evidence-based approaches that create inclusive, high-performing learning environments.
As the founder of RMC Psychological Services, Adam has built a premier consultancy that not only delivers tailored psychological interventions to improve outcomes for children and young people but also enhances the lives of teachers through system-wide reform.
