Online Business Managers (OBM) serve as a partner to business owners, CEO’s and entrepreneurs. It is their job to manage every aspect of the day-to-day, behind-the-scenes operations of a business.

Sometimes called an “integrator”, an OBM focuses on operational efficiencies and giving back time to the CEO so they can focus on scaling their business.

The needs of business owners may vary, and an OBM can help with a myriad of things; finances, marketing, team management, and social media management, to name a few.

If you are a small to medium-sized business owner and have reached a point where you have all the ideas to take your business where you want it to go, but spend all of your time running the business, or even if you want to streamline processes so you can have more time with your family, you might consider an OBM to help take you to the next chapter.

If you fit into any of these categories, you might consider hiring an online business manager.

Here are some signs that you might be ready to bring an online business manager to your team

1. You are stressed

When you get to a point in your business journey where you can work less as a small business owner or entrepreneur. According to Forbes, one of the top stressors for business owners is the feeling of having to “do it all”.

If you are a small to medium size business owner and are starting to feel burnout, notice that you just don’t have time to reach your goals and find yourself not being able to execute your projects, and being pulled in so many different directions.

2. You are overwhelmed with bottlenecks in your business

If systems and processes are not in place, or not working to their best ability, then you know how much time is wasted on correcting and waiting for wheels to start moving. This could cost you clients, sales, networking opportunities, etc.

3. You are unable to complete projects because there are so many ideas

Some people refer to this “Bright and Shiny” syndrome, which you can read more about on my website here. If you’re a visionary CEO who has so many ideas but nobody to plan and execute, this can become incredibly frustrating.

OBMs can also act as project managers, and help you prioritize and map out those ideas that haven’t taken flight yet!

As an OBM I encourage you to reflect on your biggest pain points in your business right now, and if you resonate with the points above then you should consider taking some next steps. I take pride in helping business owners stay on track and ensure that things are running smoothly so the business owner can take care of reaching their goals.

If you are looking for an OBM, check out my website. If I don’t fit your needs, feel free to reach out to me directly and I can connect you with my network.
