To bring anything into your life, imagine that it's already there. That’s exactly what manifestation means. Manifestation is the practice of intentionally bringing your desires, goals, or dreams into reality through focused thoughts and actions.

“What you think you become. What you feel you attract. What you imagine you create.”

Buddha

It's a concept rooted in the law of attraction, which is based on the belief that positive or negative thoughts can create your reality. When you’re truly intentional about what you want and practice manifestation, those dreams can come true. The key is believing—without a doubt—that it will.

In the last few years, manifestation has truly become an important part of my daily routine. Through intentional thoughts and focused energy, I've discovered the extraordinary ability to shape my reality. It's more than just a practice; it's my trusted ally in crafting a life aligned with purpose and positivity.

How manifestation works?

It is a powerful act that involves various techniques and practices that help us to use our thoughts, emotions, and actions to create the reality we desire. It may vary for everyone as there’s not one right way to do it and it may take a series of trial and error to find what works for you.

The most important thing is to put your mind in a positive state and see your dream and your goal as if it had already become reality. It’s to think in the present (not in the past or future). As confident, real, and clear as possible, with all the details and all the sensations and emotions associated with the moment you reach the goal.

Depending on what feels easiest and most convenient for you, the following tools can be helpful:

Visualisation

Visualization is truly my favorite technique. It involves mentally and emotionally imagining your desired outcome. The more vivid and detailed your mental picture, the more effective it can be. Spend time each day visualizing your goals as if they have already been achieved. Feel the emotions associated with your success to make the visualization more powerful.

Vision boards

A vision board is a visual representation of your goals and desires and can be a great support. It can be a physical collage or a digital version. Collect images, words, and symbols that represent your aspirations and arrange them on your vision board. Place it where you'll see it daily to keep your goals in focus.

Writing

Similar to visualizing your dreams or making a vision board, you can write your manifestation, in full detail, of how you imagine your ideal life to be. It’s sort of like playing make-believe and writing your ‘happily ever after’ scenario in your diary. First, write the date on the page and thank the universe for the current blessings in your life. Then express gratitude for the things you’re hoping for as if you already have them. Your words and vocabulary matter, so remember: be confident, write in the present tense, and be consistent.

This step-by-step list can help you to get there:

  • Define Your Goals and set your Intentions: Identify what you want to manifest in your life. Be as specific as possible, whether they are related to career, relationships, health, or personal development. Then turn your goals into clear, positive, and present-tense statements. For example, "I am enjoying a fulfilling and successful career.“

  • Set a daily/regular time to practice: Set aside time each day to visualize your goals as already achieved. Imagine the details and emotions associated with your success. Optional watch your Vision Board or read your written manifestation to connect with the emotions and to feel into it.

  • Create affirmations: Create personal affirmations that support your goals, positive, empowering statements that align with your intentions. Repeat your affirmations daily with belief and conviction. Use them as a tool to shift your mindset and beliefs.

  • Meditation practice: Set up regular meditation sessions in your daily life, to clear your mind, enhance focus, and align with your intentions.

  • Maintain a Gratitude Journal: Daily, list things you're grateful for. This practice keeps your focus on positivity and abundance.

  • Monitor your thoughts: Pay attention to your thoughts and replace negative or doubt-filled ones with positive, empowering beliefs (use your affirmations to get there)

  • Take action steps: Set clear, actionable goals that align with your manifestations and consistently work toward them. Start to set little goals for the next week, the next months, and then for the bigger picture in about 6 months or a year.

  • Stay patient and persistent: Manifestation can take time. Be patient and persistent in your practice, and be open to unexpected opportunities and changes.

  • Surround yourself with positivity: Spend time with positive, supportive people who encourage your manifestations and avoid negativity.

  • Adapt and refine: As you progress, adapt your manifestation techniques and refine your goals based on your evolving desires and experiences.

  • Reflect and celebrate: Regularly review your progress and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small. This reinforces your belief in the power of manifestation.

  • Stay true to yourself: Don’t compare yourself with other people and listen to what feels right for you! Keep on going when it feels right and trust the magic to unfold.

Nothing changes if nothing changes

Remember that manifestation is your journey, and it may take time to see results. Consistency and a positive mindset are key. It requires constant work and your clear commitment to see a change and investing time in yourself.

No one can do this work for you; it won’t fall from the sky. But once you experience its magic, you will understand that it's incredibly worth investing time in yourself.

Enjoy the journey.
