Haven has been a coach and healer in the online space for the past half a decade. There are some things you learn to get better at.

There are things you realize are not working if you're genuinely dedicated to improving people's lives versus filling your pockets.

There are things you realize you are unqualified to teach If you genuinely care about people's mental health versus your marketing tactics.

Supporting you in transforming your life, whether it be from past mistakes or traumas.

Whether it be daily habits that are unsupportive to your growth or inconsistencies in your processing,

Whether it be big audacious goals to start your own practice or take the one you have to the next level,

I have always ensured that I had the skills and continue to learn the skills to make sure you walk away with all the tools and knowledge to go beyond our work together and prosper.

Here are 7 things to be mindful of in this next year of seeking support, healing and transformation work.

1. No one can heal your energy.

You can receive deep subconscious, behavioural, emotional and physical support to ensure your willingness to heal is a success, but it's ultimately up to you to do the work.

2. Shifting your energy isn't a fix

You can't solve your problems from shifting your energy, you solve your problems from no longer running from them, uncovering the burdens you cadet while changing how you approach and resolve them

3. Clearing energy isn't a real thing.

Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed.

Only you are able to transform your life and self

4 You are more intuitive than your healer.

Your intuitive will always be limited to their own perceptions when it comes to advising you intuitively.

It is vital you learn your own intuition and apply that knowledge to yourself.

5. Demons are real and most light workers work with them unknowingly.

Just because they don't tell you "I work with demons" doesn't mean that aren't.

Anything other than God is darkness. A challenging concept to wrap your head around I know, unless you get it, then you've seen through it already. But the truth is the truth is the truth.

More healers will turn to Jesus this year mark my words.

6. Codes are mentors

Vortex's are your actions

Calibration is your consistency.

Period.

7. Your gut health is most important to heal if you want to sustain your inner work.

The body aspect of healing is vital for long-term transformation.

This has to be something that is being addressed If you suffer from lack of sleep, inflammation, lack of focus, joint/ muscle pains, imbalances hormonally, headaches.. and other physical/ autoimmune issues.

In 2023 these are the primary focuses of all containers and training with me. These 7 aspects are the components of what you get to learn to truly transform your life in any capacity.

  1. Receiving deep subconscious, emotional, behavioural, spiritual and physical support

  2. Learning to address your past, current challenges, and inconsistencies with an improved and willing approach

  3. Deep habitual rewiring

  4. Developing your own intuition

  5. Supporting you in building your own relationship with God through his word

  6. Reenforcing and celebrating the SH*T out of you for all you move through, overcome and accomplish.

  7. Through private testing, supplementation and body coaching support, our company has brought on a secondary coach who specializes in this field to ensure your best results.

YOU are your greatest asset.

Let 2023 be the year you SOAR uncovering even more of the asset you are.
