Taiwo Badmus, CEO

Please tell us more about you.

I’m Taiwo, the founder of TAIWO.B, a UK-based luxury fashion brand that redefines style for entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. My journey began with a passion for bridging the gap between streetwear and formal attire, which inspired me to create capsule wardrobes that offer effortless style and versatility. Each piece is meticulously crafted in the UK, using 100% cotton, and designed to simplify lives while maintaining a touch of luxury.

My fashion journey is deeply rooted in my educational background and passion for design. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design and an MBA where I honed my skills in garment construction, sustainable fashion and business strategy.

What makes me unique is my commitment to sustainability and exclusivity. Every collection is made-to-order and limited to just 50 pieces per drop, ensuring that our customers own something truly special. My mission is to empower professionals to present their best selves with confidence and ease.

What inspired you to create TAIWO.B?

The inspiration for TAIWO.B came from my personal experience as a busy professional. I found myself constantly juggling between work and social commitments, often struggling to find outfits that were both stylish and practical. I realised there was a gap in the market for capsule wardrobes tailored to the needs of modern entrepreneurs—clothing that exudes confidence, saves time, and aligns with sustainable values.

With TAIWO.B, I wanted to create more than just a fashion brand. I wanted to offer a solution—a carefully curated capsule wardrobe that simplifies decision-making while making a bold style statement. It’s about empowering individuals to focus on what truly matters, without compromising on their personal style.

What sets TAIWO.B apart from other services in the industry?

TAIWO.B stands out as the UK’s first capsule wardrobe brand dedicated to entrepreneurs and corporate professionals. What truly differentiates us is our focus on exclusivity, sustainability, and versatility. Each capsule wardrobe consists of seven carefully designed pieces that can be styled into 12 unique looks, offering unparalleled value and functionality.

Our made-to-order approach ensures minimal waste, and the use of premium 100% cotton reflects our commitment to quality and sustainability. Additionally, we limit each collection to just 50 pieces per release, making every garment a rare and treasured item. This combination of luxury, practicality, and environmental consciousness is what sets TAIWO.B apart.

What are your next goals or projects?

Looking ahead, my goal is to expand TAIWO.B’s reach and build a global community of

like-minded professionals who value effortless style and sustainability. We are currently working on our next capsule collection, which will launch in April 2025, and I’m excited to introduce new designs that continue to push the boundaries of luxury fashion.

Additionally, I aim to explore partnerships with influencers and thought leaders who align with our brand values. Another key focus is enhancing our customer experience by integrating innovative tools and expanding our VIP membership offerings to create a more personalised journey for our clients.

What key advice do you have for achieving success?

Success, to me, is about aligning your actions with your purpose and staying consistent in the pursuit of your goals. Ultimately, success is a journey, not a destination. Stay patient, remain resilient, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
