‘Fortunes gravitate to men, whose minds have been prepared to attract them, just as surely as water gravitates to the ocean’. ‒ Napoleon Hill

Just one addition Napoleon, might I add women and their unstoppable power to create?

That being said. Let's dive into which ingredients are unmissable when you want to build a profitable coaching business.

1. Mindset

The number 1 key ingredient, to building a successful and scalable coaching business, is Certainty. The mindset of the business owner.

Now, honestly, are you tired of hearing that over and over again and again?

Mindset is such a broad term. Truth is, we have mindsets and rules about everything. It is a process to break a cycle of limiting thoughts and emotions, no matter if it's about you, your offers, pricing, marketing, sales, or your prospects.

Trump that long process of transformation, by taking action, regardless of the expected outcome. There is only one reason for not taking enough action, Excuses, we all have them.

I challenge you to prove me wrong. The Energy you consistently show up in presenting your Marketing, Branding, and Sales is what will make you or break you.

However, what if you have been showing up but still are not getting qualified leads or the engagement you want? I have seen amazing coaches online quit because of not finding that one magic strategy or signing up with a great marketer but not a good coach.

When I started my coaching business, I was endlessly distracting myself with strategies and learning, from taking action that moves the needle for my business growth.

I discovered my bottleneck. I had all the ingredients but not in the right sequence.

After a couple of coaches, finally, I found my mentor, we went back to the basics, building a strong foundation for business. Then it hit me.

I was not only a Coach. I was in the business of coaching.

2. Build a strong foundation for your Business.

A strong foundation starts with the simple question. What is the problem that I am solving?

The answer to this question should always be an end (result) and not the means (the how).

I always say to my clients; 'Save the HOW for your coaching, not for your marketing and sales.

How will you present a successful sequence to get your prospects from where they are right now to their desired outcome? Do you have your frameworks, systems, roadmaps in place?

3. Validate your Market.

Who would benefit from your solution most? One of the most amazing things about being a High Ticket Coach is that you get to solve an urgent painful problem because you know exactly who your client is, where they are in their Problem Cycle and what their biggest desires are. By mastering the knowledge about your Niche, you will be able to Master the solution too and get the results.

By conducting consistent market research on how desirable your offer is, where they search for solutions, and having a clear understanding of what their needs and objections are, you will put yourself ahead of the game.

4. Create an Invincible Offer.

By validating your market and seeing what solutions they are already searching for.

Ask yourself, how can I deliver on more speed and ease for this ready-to-buy, 10-20% of my market, or stand out by creating a unique solution to their problem. Price your offer at least $3000- $5000k to start if you didn't get to your first 10k month yet. After having your proof of concept, you gather the results, improve your offer and scale your prices and offerings. Exclude objections by adding a guarantee, that removes any resistance to saying yes. The sooner they say yes, the sooner you can help them get the results.

5. Effective Content Marketing.

Where does your client hang out? Make sure you focus your time on delivering Valuable Content at the right time and place, delivering on relevancy and is engaging. Having knowledge about algorithms of different platforms is very useful for your reach and visibility it doesn't take away from the fact that people want a level of certainty and expertise in what they are buying. Make your content valuable and tailormade to the specific needs of your clients.

6. Relationship first.

Now more than ever there is big resistance towards ungenuine connections. After two decades of working as a coach and international sales manager for Fortune 500 businesses and now in the online coaching space, there is a consistent pattern. People buy from people, not from businesses. Now more than ever you want to put your relationship first, genuinely be interested in your client and their needs and desires. Connect if you want to be connected.

7. Marketing and Sales, Marketing and Sales, Marketing and Sales.

That’s what one of my Podcast guests answered on the question; What holds coaches back from having results and getting to their consistent 10k months?

Frederique has built a multimillion coaching business from scratch and Inc. Magazine has named it one of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies for three consecutive years.

I have found this to be true. When you have a solid foundation, an invincible offer, and certainty of delivery, your main focus should be Marketing and Sales.

The key to the success of the most successful entrepreneurs is clarity and focus, especially if you are considering raising your prices.

Implement these ingredients and make Focus and your clients' results a priority and see your business grow.
