RAM Law co-founder and partner Craig Aronow has a passion in fighting for his clients who have been injured and hurt through no fault of their own. He works tirelessly to obtain compensation on the clients’ behalf to ease their pain and suffering, lost wages, and often catastrophic medical expenses. Once on a case, Craig is his clients’ best advocate for successfully working through the litigation process in New Jersey. It is in the courtroom that Craig’s unique skills and talents become clear. With nearly two decades of courtroom experience of fighting for his clients, Craig never forgets that he is working to improve his clients’ lives, many of whom have become like family. Clients have a voice and it is Craig’s job to make sure it is heard. That is why he fights for his clients every day.

Hi Craig! Tell us a little bit about yourself!

I am married to an attorney. We have two teenage daughters and we love to travel and attend sporting events as a family. Our daughters play soccer and we spend a lot of time with them at their games. The whole family loves ice hockey and college football, so we watch and attend games whenever we can. All four of us enjoy golf and hanging at the beach. We are very competitive and it is rare that an activity is performed without some type of competition associated with it.

What kind of audience do you target your business towards?

We target people who might need our representation or know people who might need it. Our audience is a big one as catastrophic injury can strike anyone or any family under many different circumstances. We do focus on developing relationships with professionals who come into contact with many people regularly and whose customers put a high level of trust in them. When trusted professionals provide a customer a referral, it is more likely that the customer will retain the recommended referral. What are your current goals for your business?

Our goals are best summarized as:

  1. High-quality and aggressive representation for our clients to achieve their goals.

  2. Maintain high-level professional reputations in the legal community.

  3. Develop even greater name recognition in New Jersey in connection with our work on catastrophic personal injury cases.

Who inspires you to be the best that you can be?

My family inspires me to be the best that I can be. My wife has achieved high recognition and a wonderful reputation in her practice area. My daughters who are both doing extremely well in school and in athletics inspire me everyday. My father, who passed away 10 years ago, helped my partners and I build RAM Law and impressed upon me the hard work and drive that is required to be the best in anything.

Tell us about your greatest career achievement so far.

I believe deeply in giving back to the community. For about 8 years, I was the head coach of Rutgers University’s Mock Trial Association. In 2012, out of over 600 collegiate teams, our team reached the National Championship match and just missed out winning the championship by a tiny margin. The pride in working with that group of “kids,” many of whom are now very successful lawyers, has never faded. They were an amazing group of young people who worked their tails off to accomplish a goal that seemed unattainable. To have been the coach of that team was a very special experience and I will never forget that year.
