Can you start by telling us about your business and how it makes a difference for your clients?

I am a behavioral expert and pattern interrupter! I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), neuroscience, spirituality, energetics and psychology to ensure clients achieve the transformation and breakthroughs they are committed to making in their lives. My gift is changing people’s patterns, beliefs and behaviors by rewiring the subconscious mind.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve specialized in helping business owners, entrepreneurs, naturopathic doctors, physicians, lawyers, realtors, and female leaders of all kinds create and produce massive elevations in their leadership and performance. Not only does my work apply to the business environment, it allows my clients to incorporate my methodologies into their personal lives and relationships.

Share a bit about your journey so far. How did you end up where you are today in your career?

I've always been very curious, and a total nerd! In hindsight, looking back, being a therapist and a coach, I was always that for people, even when I was a kid. I was very in tune and empathic. I remember seeing psychics with my mom when I was young and they would say your daughter has special gifts and she's extremely powerful. It didn’t make sense at the time, but I now know I was always meant to be doing big things. It took me a long windy road to get there, but I've always been passionate about human behavior.

I’ve been a perpetual student and obsessed with psychology, quantum physics and neuroscience. I’ve trusted and followed the nudges throughout my life, all of which have led me here.

We all face challenges. Can you talk about some tough times you've had in your career and how they've influenced your path?

I'm an open book and I've had many low points along my journey. For example, prior to operating an online business, I had my own clinic, in downtown Toronto. I was working with clients that were not aligned. Everything looked good on paper but I was barely profitable. There was a month when I couldn't pay my team and knew I had to make some big changes.

In 2020 I transitioned my 10-year in-person coaching business online (right before the pandemic!) and 10x’d my results in my first year while working less than HALF the time I was before. In my online business, I coach female leaders on their beliefs, their identity and their mindset to step into the person they want to become. I truly believe that if I can do it, you can do it!

Everyone has something that keeps them going. What motivates you in your work?

I’m motivated by mastery. I'm a walking embodiment of the work I teach. I wake up in the morning and the first thing I do is meditation, breath work, or some kind of reconnection practice. I move my body every day, whether it's with the gym, long walks, or Pilates. I come home and I connect with my husband and my son, and we set our intentions for the day and we do our appreciations. Everything I do is intentional and disciplined in my day. I’m motivated to continue to deepen my understanding of the work and my mastery of it within my own life.

What are the current goals you have for your business? How do you plan on reaching them?

We want to change 1 million lives through this work. We want to continue to help our clients achieve their results and heal the belief that they need to ask permission to go for the life that they want. I especially want to empower women to be their own authority in their lives.

This will be a community for ambitious female leaders who know that disciplining their minds is the key to their next level, and they’re READY for their next big breakthrough!

What would success look like for your business in the long run?

Success for me means that my clients gain the awareness that they have the power to create anything their heart desires. That they're constantly co-creating with the universe, that they get to choose. Their greatest power is their power to choose. I train female leaders to stand in their power and find the courage to continuously fail forward to create lives they never could have imagined.

This work allows people to step into using their voices and making decisions from an empowered place. Not allowing fear to run the show. We know that when people master their minds, they master their life. We know that when they discipline their mind, they achieve everything that they want.

Looking ahead, what do you hope to achieve personally and for your business?

In my business and personal life I always hope to instill in people that it is ok to want what we want!

For me, it could be sending my son to private school or living in Florida for the winters, buying the house of our dreams, being able to travel first class, being able to give to charity and support causes that we love… It's ok to want whatever it is that we want!

And so for me, really teaching people that it's safe for them to receive and that when good people receive abundance, they spread abundance. Money just amplifies who you are. It doesn't change who you are, it amplifies.

My big goals right now are to get back to speaking on stages and writing my book! Big things are coming!

Thanks so much for having me BRAINZ, this has been so fun!
