Monthly workshops will include topics such as: How to effectively manifest, how to connect with your spirit guides, how to listen to your intuition, how to create more ease in your relationships, what conscious parenting is, how to protect yourself as an empath, and how to overcome emotional eating.
Weekly guided meditations: To cultivate self-acceptance and positive body image, experience more joy and inner peace, calm your nervous system, and settle an overactive mind.
Spiritual wisdom teachings: To help you liberate from the ego mind, soothe and re-parent your inner child, and realize your full potential and purpose.
Recorded EFT tapping content: Covering issues such as self-worth, overcoming obstacles, procrastination, self-sabotage, reducing fear, and getting unstuck.
Weekly coaching calls: To receive guidance and support for any of the stressors in your life. Not sure if you want to be coached live? No worries! Watching someone else get coached is equally as powerful. Many clients report their problems get resolved by watching someone else get coached.
