How many times in your life have you decided to move on, promised yourself to put yourself first, made decisions to look after yourself, set boundaries and do what you have always wanted to do, follow your dreams or start with a healthy lifestyle to lose some weight or gain weight and even joined a gym. Maybe you managed to stick with this for a couple of days and then immediately fell back to your old ways of living. But you keep trying over and over again. The more you try, the more you give up. You start believing that things will never change and slowly you start to give up. Did this happen to you in any aspect of your life? Make sure you read this article till the end.

This cycle will keep repeating until you break it by reprogramming your subconscious mind. When you decide on something, at that moment you are deciding it consciously, but it's actually your subconscious mind that decides what is going to happen. As your conscious mind has only a 5% impact on your life, but your subconscious mind has an impact of 95%. So to get that 95% working for you, you need to reprogram it, but you also need to make sure that your mind is working for you and not against you. See, it is what you subconsciously believe, that is what will keep happening. If you believe you don't deserve love, you won't receive it. If you believe that you can't lose weight or that losing weight is hard, you will keep struggling. You (subconsciously) believe people always hurt you, but you tell yourself (consciously) that you will set healthy boundaries and in no time, you start to feel like boundaries are not working. Or even when you will try to set boundaries, your mind will convince you that this is not going to work and you become unsure about it all.

The more you repeat this cycle the more you will feel lost, disheartened, demotivated and so on. The more you experience this the more you will start believing the opposite of what you actually wanted.

The subconscious mind can be overwhelming to reprogram by yourself, so it's better to seek out help from a professional. The best method would be hypnotherapy, simply because hypnotherapy is all about reprogramming the subconscious mind. The best part of hypnotherapy, with the help of your hypnotherapist, you can find the root cause of your problem. If there is a memory from the past that your conscious mind does not even remember, your subconscious definitely does. From the moment you were born till the present moment that you are reading this article, everything is being saved and recorded in your subconscious mind which also stores your belief system. If there is a memory from the past that is disturbing or not letting you move on in your life, that you are consciously not aware of, your subconscious mind can clarify which memory it is and with hypnotherapy, you can learn to accept, process and transform the memory.

Another reason why I recommend hypnotherapy is because where standard therapy methods could take up to 60 sessions or even more, hypnotherapy can start showing you results in just 6 sessions and for some people even quicker. And I personally guarantee that if you have a Clinical Hypnotherapist who has accreditations and whom you feel comfortable working with you will get very quick, amazing results.

Now keep in mind that a clinical hypnotherapist doesn't have a magic wand. Everybody is unique, though what we as clinical hypnotherapists can guarantee you is that if you give your 100% and you are working with an accredited therapist who understands you, You will receive amazing results and experience transformation.

At my practice, I regularly see clients with different challenges still, hypnotherapy is what I personally as a mental health professional, will always suggest in most cases. Although I do have other skill sets as well, hypnotherapy is my go-to simply because well think about this... 95% of your life is based on what you subconsciously believe. Isn't that reason enough to work on your subconscious mind? You see, we often don't even know why we are doing something or why we keep falling back into old patterns, but with hypnotherapy, you can not only find the root cause of your problem, you can even solve it.

Just imagine, with a couple of sessions you will experience a transformation that will prevail. So, if you keep falling back into old habits, a toxic way of living that is just shattering your self-esteem, or if you're now in a state of mind in which you have started to believe that nothing will change ‒ this is your "sign"!

Find yourself a clinical hypnotherapist or if you find that I may be helpful to you, feel free to book your first 30 minutes of free virtual consultation with me. Let's talk, nothing is impossible, it's all about what you believe in.

Nida Batool Syed , Executive Contributor Brainz Magazine

Nida Syed is the founder and CEO of Luminous Transformational Coaching practice and a senior member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists Register (ACCPH), a member of The British Association of Therapeutic Hypnotists & NLP Practitioners (BAThH), and complies with their strict code of ethics. Nida Syed is also a registered member of the Complementary Medical Association (CMA), which is internationally recognized as the elite force in professional, ethical complementary medicine by professional practitioners, doctors, and increasingly, by the general public. She is evaluated and approved by the International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) as an Executive member as well. This accreditation is a guarantee of quality and expertise.

She currently lives and is based in Manchester since 2019 and does virtual sessions with clients from all over the world. A face-to-face session is possible if that is something a client really wants. She works together with Brighter Space and has a therapy room located in Wilmslow, Greater Manchester.

Before moving to the UK, Nida used to live in the Netherlands where she chose to do a BA in Applied Psychology because she has always been interested in the workings of the mind and human behaviour. She has worked for years in the HR department for health care institutions while studying, and she also has medical knowledge from completing the medical assistant course in Amsterdam.

After settling in the UK Nida wanted to do things differently and stop working in the regular health care system where she felt limited. Believing that each person is unique and that someone cannot be truly helped and healed by following a specific protocol or putting a label on them, she opted for a guiding role and completed a practitioner's course to become a coach. During this course, she felt like a whole new world opened up to her and decided to further expand her skills and knowledge with mastery in NLP and Hypnotherapy.

The reason for Nida to choose this path is because she believes that psychology goes hand in hand with a holistic approach. That's why in her practice, she makes sure that she is not only listening to the client but also adapts to their needs during each session, to build an authentic relationship with each client. She uses her background in the medical field, mental health, and spirituality to help clients master their mindset, grow in confidence, overcome their fears, unlock their fullest potential and discover a better version of themselves.

Nida feels most fulfilled when she helps people find their inner light after going through a transformation. She feels honored to contribute to other people's growth, supporting them in their mental health and guiding them into accepting themselves.

Nida was also born with spiritual gifts such as energy healing, which she utilizes as a Reiki Master and is a qualified Reiki teacher as well. Through Reiki healing, she helps clients release energy blockages that cause delays and obstacles in their life.
