What motivated you, Mr. Sariki, to start Blesatech?

I started Blesatech because I’ve been where so many entrepreneurs find themselves—frustrated, overwhelmed, and feeling like success is just out of reach. I remember launching my first program, putting in all the effort, only to see little to no results. It was exhausting.

But then, I discovered something game-changing: business success isn’t about working harder but having the right systems in place. When I figured that out, everything changed. I started attracting the right clients consistently without chasing leads or burning myself out. That’s when I knew I had to share this with others.

Blesatech was built to help business owners, especially coaches, consultants, and service providers, break free from the cycle of struggle and start growing with confidence because no one should have to guess their way to success when there’s a proven system that works.

How does Blesatech make sure each project benefits the client?

At Blesatech, we don’t do cookie-cutter solutions. I’ve seen too many businesses waste money on marketing that wasn’t designed for them—so we take a different approach.

  • We start with listening. Every project begins with understanding the client’s business, their challenges, and what success looks like for them.

  • We build solutions that work in the real world. Whether it’s automating lead generation, building conversion-focused websites, or helping businesses get more credibility through reviews, our strategies are designed for real, measurable growth.

  • We don’t just “deliver” and disappear. Business owners aren’t just getting a website or a funnel—they’re getting ongoing support, tools, and guidance to actually see results. We care about their success because, at the end of the day, their wins are our wins too.

Could you share a few projects that show Blesatech’s expertise in action?

1. Helping a coach attract high-paying clients on autopilot: We’ve had a property investor coach who was struggling to get paid clients. They offered a lot of value for free and wanted to start charging. They didn’t know how to go about it without being overwhelmed. We set up a marketing system that brought in leads consistently without ads from his current client base. The best part? They went from offering free services at no cost to having paid clients booking their calendars week after week.

2. Digitalising and Automating a Multi-million Charity’s Operations: We’ve worked with a non-profit charity organization that has over 50 sites in the UK to digitalize and automate their operations. They relied heavily on volunteers who could only commit a percentage of their time; they had a lot of manual processes, which led to a lot of their time. Mor. We set up marketing systems that automated more than 80% of the operations. They went from struggling to handle their manual operations to having a full blast of automated ongoing operations with little human effort inconsistencies.

2. Building an HR consultant’s online presence: We had a client in the HR space who needed to get their business online and gain visibility. We created a website that didn’t just “look good” but actually converted visitors into clients. By integrating automation and credibility boosters, they were able to take their message out to the world and saw their inquiries double.

3. Boosting a local business’s reputation: Through our coaching program, Elite Circle, we helped a business increase its 5-star reviews and establish trust online. The result? More visibility, more customers, and more revenue.

Each of these wins reminds me why I do what I do. Seeing business owners go from struggling to thriving is what makes this all worth it.

How does Blesatech help young people grow in the IT field?

I’ve always believed in giving back and helping the next generation grow. When I was starting out, I didn’t always have a clear roadmap. I had to figure things out the hard way. Now, I want to make it easier for young people stepping into IT and business. I actively mentor young professionals, sharing what I’ve learned in business, tech, and marketing through the education sector or via my coaching programs.

Instead of just theory, we give them real projects, helping them gain skills they can actually use in their careers. Moreover, as a university lecturer in cybersecurity and AI, I make sure students don’t just learn concepts but understand how to apply them in business and innovation.

For me, success isn’t just about what I build—it’s about how many people I can help along the way.

What part do you, Mr. Sariki, play in leading Blesatech’s mission to support businesses?

Blesatech isn’t just a business to me, it’s my passion. As Founder & CEO, I do more than just run the company. I:

  • I personally work with business owners, whether through coaching or strategy sessions; I help them implement systems that actually move the needle.

  • I lead innovation in marketing automation by having a continuous and never-ending attitude and commitment to my industry. Our tools and systems are designed to make business growth easier and more predictable.

  • I Stay ahead of industry trends. Being part of the Forbes Coaches Council and an Executive Coach at Brainz Magazine allows me to connect with top industry leaders and bring the best strategies to our clients.

At the heart of it, I’m here to make business easier for entrepreneurs so they can focus on what they do best while their systems take care of the rest.

What’s a lesson you learned outside of work that has influenced the way you lead Blesatech?

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is this: Success isn’t about luck or working harder. It’s about having the right systems in place.

For the longest time, I thought the secret to success was just grinding harder—working longer hours and pushing myself to exhaustion. But that only led to burnout. The real deal was when I realized that systems create freedom. Whether in business or life, if you have the right structures in place, you can achieve predictable success without constantly feeling overwhelmed.

That’s exactly what we help businesses do at Blesatech. We create systems that remove stress and bring results.

Another lesson? Business is about people. Clients aren’t just numbers on a spreadsheet; they’re real people with real dreams. That’s why we focus on building relationships, not just delivering services. Because when people win, businesses grow.

Looking to the future, what are your main goals for Blesatech, and what excites you most about the company’s direction?

The future of Blesatech is BIG and that excites me. Here’s what we’re working on:

  1. Expanding our solutions: We’re creating more offer solutions that’ll be a game changer for business owners. Even more powerful, providing more insights to help businesses automate more and grow faster.

  1. Growing the Impact Infinity Systems community: We’re building a space where entrepreneurs can learn, connect, and implement proven strategies together.

  1. Taking our impact global: We’re already helping businesses internationally, but we’re expanding even further to serve more entrepreneurs worldwide.

What excites me the most? The transformations. Seeing a struggling business turn into a thriving one and watching entrepreneurs go from stressed out to confident—that’s what keeps me going. We’re not just running a business; we’re changing lives. And that’s what Blesatech Consultancy Services is all about.
