Could you share your background and the experiences that guided you toward coaching?

Absolutely. My background is quite multifaceted and deeply rooted in health and wellness. My mother, who was the first female yoga teacher in Brussels, has been a significant influence. She introduced me to the world of yoga even before I took my first breath! Her passion for health, wellness, and mindful living significantly shaped my worldview from an early age. I embraced these principles and pursued formal yoga training as I grew up. Over time, I became a certified yoga teacher and an autogenic training instructor. I found a profound sense of peace and purpose in teaching others about holistic wellness.

However, my journey didn't stop there. Through my personal and professional experiences, I began to recognize the detrimental effects of stress on our overall well-being. I realized that even a wholesome diet and regular exercise could not completely shield us from these negative impacts. This realization triggered a shift in my perspective, leading to the creation of my signature framework, the Joy & Fulfillment Trifecta. This framework underscores the importance of balancing three crucial elements in life: health, abundance, and love.

As a Joy & Fulfillment Coach, how have you been able to support your clients, especially women?

Over the years, I've been privileged to guide and support many amazing women on their path to joy and fulfillment. Although my coaching journey has predominantly involved women, my mission is to help all who seek to live a life aligned with their true essence. I believe that everyone, irrespective of gender, deserves to lead a life filled with joy, satisfaction, and purpose.

My role as a coach extends beyond facilitating quick wins or short-term results. My coaching philosophy centers around sparking transformational journeys that create sustainable, long-term changes. To see the powerful transformations my clients go through is immensely rewarding. One of my most cherished experiences was watching a client gain self-confidence over time and eventually publish her first book.

Could you shed some light on your Elite Fulfillment Mastery program, designed particularly for entrepreneurs?

The Elite Fulfillment Mastery program is a comprehensive program that I've developed, keeping entrepreneurs, both established and aspiring, in mind. It's an intensive journey that invites participants to delve deep into the principles of mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth. The program equips participants with practical tools and strategies to fully unleash their potential and achieve exceptional levels of joy, fulfillment, and success. It is designed for those who are determined to live their best lives by understanding their inner selves better, be it their emotions or limiting beliefs, and harnessing their innate power.

But it's not just about the individual; the program also acknowledges the collective. It indirectly catalyzes positive changes in businesses and communities by guiding entrepreneurs toward personal fulfillment. This ripple effect is a testament to the transformative power of the Elite Fulfillment Mastery program.

Can you elaborate on how the 'Elite Fulfillment Mastery' can enhance corporate wellness programs?

Much of my work involves collaborating with businesses to offer tailored workshops and keynote sessions. The Elite Fulfillment Mastery forms a substantial part of these sessions. These engagements are designed to foster personal and professional growth through holistic and lasting lifestyle changes.

The 'Cultivating Joy & Fulfillment' keynote, one of my offerings, provides practical strategies for employees to lead a more balanced and joyful life. The sessions include optimizing work-from-home routines, and work relationships, enhancing their health, and leveraging the power of mindfulness to manage stress, among others. These strategies catalyze employees to take charge of their physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being, thus promoting a healthier work environment.

As you look forward, what are your aspirations for the future?

In the grand scheme of things, my vision for the future is a world that cherishes uniqueness and individuality over comparison. I aspire to guide more people in recognizing that their dreams are attainable and the journey to fulfillment doesn't have to be strenuous. If we simplify our lives and discard what doesn't serve us, we can find joy more easily. On a personal note, I plan to continue cherishing life's simple pleasures. Whether preparing a meal with love, reading a captivating book, writing my thoughts down, immersing myself in the serenity of nature, embarking on an exciting journey, or creating beautiful memories with my loved ones, I relish them all.

My life is guided by a simple mantra, "Just smile and breathe." This reminds me to live life in its simplest form, with an open heart and mind. And a crucial lesson that I'd like to impart is to always schedule your own time first in your calendar before other people's agendas attempt to fill it. This is the first step towards creating a life of joy and fulfillment.
