Supermarket giant Aldi has launched a search for a couple willing to walk down the aisle in its model store at its US Headquarters.
Couples, who must be over 21 years of age and resident in one of the 38 American states in which Aldi has stores, must apply by 17th August. The big day will be hosted at the American HQ in Batavia, Illinois and Aldi will provide everything from the cake to the marriage officiant.
Aldi is transforming the store to be wedding-ready for the event, which will be officiated by an Aldi employee. It has promised food; drinks; gift bags and even “a romantic photoshoot in front of a store to kickstart a lifetime of memories”. The couple will also receive groceries for a year after their nuptials.
