There are moments over the last 2 years, though where I almost quit my business many times. Primarily because:
I didn't know how to manage my mindset
I didn't honour the time to regulate my nervous system
I didn't love and embody the state of being I was desiring I didn't hold deep trust and faith In the journey
Yet, there was something deep inside of me that kept me going. Despite the challenges and roadblocks on the path. I kept going, and I KEEP going. In not creating the results I hoped for at first (& something SO often witnessed with clients) we may find ourselves indulging in thoughts of taking more action. Entertaining thoughts of adding another over at a different price point, or building a presence on another social platform, or even starting a podcast 🙃
Each of which actually takes you further away from energy and focus of the results you are desiring.

And, without questioning the thought(s) to take more action, before you know it, you've hit burnout and e haustion, losing the zest and passion to share your gifts.
